SOMETHING ABOUT WORD OF MANUEL FOR A GOOD READER

Dear Reader:

Perhaps my writing (*) be for you so poor that it could result too much tedious. But, asking excuses by this, I invite you to think about the meaning of this instruction, ‘Clave 9’. ‘Clave 9’ is like the mode in which is transmitted us the message that occupies our attention.

‘Clave 9’, or Word of Manuel, is born on 16 of June, 1979, in the house of Manuel, in the morning, when Manuel, suddenly, was carried to other dimension, Light Dimension, by Foreign Forces, which in the Word of Manuel are named ‘Masters of Universe Pilgrims of Universe’. And so, the Word of Manuel, or Manuel’s Speech, or New Generation ‘Clave 9’, we can say that is given for all terrestrial persons.

The Word of Manuel uses ‘terrestrial persons’ to signify all persons on this Planet, and too uses very much the expression ‘according to the Cosmic Conscience: Liberty, Justice and Love’, putting emphasis, because Liberty, Justice and Love are bases of the Cosmic Conscience, and this is the ‘bastion’ of the New Generation (‘New Generation Clave 9’)

‘Clave 9’ is, too, a number corresponding to the passing of the time, registered in the same time; and not a mathematical number. We can interpret ‘Clave 9’, too, like a mission, ‘Mission 9’. Mission to form a new conscience: Cosmic Conscience (Liberty, Justice and Love).

The Masters asked Manuel that he prophesied a New Generation, this based on the Cosmic Conscience, according ever to Liberty, Justice and Love.

People said that how we can obtain such Conscience. And Manuel answers that by the harmonious exercise of the Liberty, of the Justice and of the Love (including the three parts like complement one of other).

But we must take clearly that ‘Clave 9’ is not lodge, is not religion, is not politics, is not group, and not other kind of instructing to catch lambs. It is, like we have said, only: Cosmic Conscience (Liberty, Justice and Love). Reading and studying the message we’ll find a good result for this life and for the Light Dimension (the other life).

The Cosmic Conscience (Liberty, Justice and Love) guarantees so, the peace in the World, and a better stay of human species in it, and in the other dimension ‘the eternal light’.

And it is necessary to repeat: ‘Clave 9’ is not lodge, is not religion, is not politics, is not group of any kind of instructing.

After the first surprise of Manuel, ‘Clave9’ (16-06-79), I have had a ‘revelation’ from the Virgin, 01-09-93, in Guanare –Venezuela. The Virgin asked me to take a little stone from a stony land near de Temple Votive of Coromoto Virgin. I was there in that moment accompanied by my wife, my daughter in law and my grandsons. And I took the little stone, which has (engraved) many image and many scenes about the Bible. It has been for me a greet stimulation for continuing the Mission ‘Clave 9’, however this be not religion. The Virgin, the Mother of Christ, like Divine Masters, is the Grand Force on the World. And She has visited all culture of the Planet Earth too.

WORD OF MANUEL, GIVEN MANUEL BY THE MASTERS

I.- You are Manuel and belong to the Third Light Dimension; we the Masters of Universe, are with you. Do not fear to tell truth. The Divine Master is with you. You have seen Him twice; you have heard our voice and felt our influences in flesh and in spirit. You have Cosmic Conscience: Liberty, Justice and Love. Make that all and each one of the terrestrial persons learns to have Cosmic Conscience: Liberty, Justice and Love. Thus, we, Masters of Universe, Pilgrims of Universe, who proceeded from the Second Light Dimension, desire it from you. Thus, the Divine Master and all de Masters, who have come to the Earth like Guides of good will and wisdom, want it from you, because you have to harmonize the positive forces of terrestrial persons among themselves and themselves with the Divine Power.

II.- You are Manuel and know that Master Elias has accompanied you and carried in his fire car thrice, and that he has said you in a clear voice: ‘SHALOM’. He carried you to Holly Land and, there, you heart the speech of the rocks.

III.- You are Manuel and during many years had been instructed about the New Generation, which is coming. Speak without fear to all and each one of the terrestrial persons about this New Generation. We are with you and we will not abandon you, because the Divine Master is in you and you in the Divine Master.

IV.- You are Manuel and it has been given you to see The God Father in Christ and Christ in The Good Father. All Masters of Universe, Pilgrims of Universe, and the Masters, who have lived together with the terrestrial persons, are with you. Speak according your Cosmic Conscience: Liberty, Justice and Love. We wait for you in the Divine Power. Make according your Cosmic Conscience. We wait for you in the Divine Power. Christ lives in you. You live in Christ. Manuel, the Master Elias repeats you: ‘SHALOM’.

V.- Manuel, speak and make without fear. We influence you in the harmony of the Divine Power.
VI.- And Manuel says to all and each one to the terrestrial persons:

1.- Listen may teachings to learn to have Cosmic Conscience: Liberty, Justice and Love.

2.- Manuel was born in a town, by name Villamartin, Province of Cadiz, Andalusia region, Spain (nation of the European Continent), Planet Land.

3.- Juan Gonzalez Rodriguez and Francisca Avila Rodriguez, father and mother of Manuel, had the favor of conceiving Manuel by influence of the Masters

4.- Manuel was born on 16 of February, 1935, of the Christian era.

5.- And the history of Manuel among the terrestrial persons is very large and very wealthy his experience.

6.- The enemies of Manuel are without cause or motive. And he has always answered them in Cosmic Conscience: Liberty, Justice and Love. Manuel is helped by the Masters so that he do not omit truth, and do not say untruth and he do not support disharmonies of the terrestrial persons, disharmonies which could affect the Cosmic Conscience: Liberty, Justice and Love.

7.- The Word of Manuel is not religion, is not lodge, is not politics.

8.- The Word of Manuel is Cosmic Conscience received from the Masters: Liberty, Justice and Love.

9.- Any power of terrestrial persons which oppose the Word of Manuel will be disarticulated by influence of the Masters, and the negative forces, by themselves, fall on those terrestrial persons, who sustain t such power.

10.- The New Generation comes nearer, the Masters say. The New Generation has already begun to be forged by the Word given to Manuel by the Masters.

11.- The time of Manuel has come: To prepare the terrestrial persons in order to the New Generation. A new man with Cosmic Conscience: Liberty, Justice and Love. And, to obtain the finish, it is necessary to establish the means.

12.- All and each one of the terrestrial persons are the same according to the Cosmic Conscience: Liberty, Justice and Love. Who own talent, no keep it, but multiply it. Only so, the kingdom of God, witch is into us, will be magnified. That each one, by himself, makes the heaven or the hell, the light or the darkness, the reward or the punishment according to the Cosmic Conscience: Liberty, Justice and Love.

13. So Manuel speaks: with Cosmic Conscience, with Liberty, Justice and Love.

14.- It has been said to Manuel: Don’t defy any power of the terrestrial persons that acts against the Cosmic Conscience, because as power has a tendency to fall by itself.

15.- It has been said to Manuel: Don’t defy any power of the terrestrial persons, but make that your word be heard by all terrestrial persons who sustain such power, because they need light and truth, and your word illuminates and it is true.

16.- It has been said to Manuel: The New Generation does not require violence, but Cosmic Conscience in all terrestrial persons and in each one of them: Liberty, Justice and Love.

17.- This word has been given to Manuel by the Masters, and Manuel says the same word of Manuel.

18.- Let all the terrestrial persons harmonize deposing their differences, that the New Generation comes nearer and the nations will open their frontiers in testimony that the Word of Manuel is true. Aukwardness of terrestrial persons is fearing the war, rather they must be educated according to the Cosmic Conscience (Liberty, Justice and Love).

19.- And the frontiers of the nations will be very ample, because the nations will reach its ages and a new international configuration will come, in which all terrestrial persons, and each one of them, will obtain the first fruits of the Cosmic Conscience: Liberty, Justice and Love,

20.- And the terrestrial persons merit to live with dignity according to the Cosmic Conscience: Liberty, Justice and Love.

21.- And because it is wish of the Masters that the terrestrial persons live with Liberty, Justice and Love, from here the Word of Manuel is written as teaching that proceeds from the Masters.

22.- And the terrestrial persons are invited to learn the teachings of Manuel for the New Generation be quickly a reality.

23.- The terrestrial persons , who do not believe in the Word of Manuel, are invited by Manuel to raise their spirits to the Almighty God, for light come down on all terrestrial persons and they get Cosmic Conscience: Liberty, Justice and Love.

24.- The power of the terrestrial persons, which facilate the Word of Manuel, will receive a new strength from the Masters and the influences from Manuel.

25.- Cosmic Conscience (Liberty, Justice and Love) implicates individual and social harmony in all the terrestrial persons and each one of them.
26.- The terrestrial persons can encourage their Cosmic Conscience (Liberty, Justice and Love) with the Word of Manuel.

27.- For there be not contradictory powers to the Cosmic Conscience (Liberty, Justice and Love), all terrestrial persons, and each one of them, can learn the Word of Manuel and put it in practice, and they must not permit to be intimidated by anything or anybody, because the equality is heritage of all terrestrial persons, and of each one of them, and not the oppression.

28.- The Cosmic Conscience (Liberty, Justice and Love) implies not only right, but duty too.

29.- Right and duty, whose compliment by all terrestrial persons, and each one of them, constitutes the base of the individual and social happiness, according to the Cosmic Conscience: Liberty, Justice and Love.

30.- And the Masters say Manuel: There are abuses in opposition to the Cosmic Conscience (Liberty, Justice and Love) when terrestrial persons or their powers attempt against the health and life of the terrestrial persons or of somebody of them.

31.- And the Masters say Manuel: In the New Generation is the great interest the life and the happiness, but not the death or unhappiness,

32.- Let the powers of the terrestrial persons construct laws according to the Cosmic Conscience (Liberty, Justice and Love) and by the same manner let them act, that who attempt against the Cosmic Conscience takes, inevitably, on himself punishment, because ‘the similar attracts the similar’ (this in the negative and in the positive).

33.- Each one of the terrestrial persons influenced by the Word of Manuel can say: Nothing and nobody has to attempt against my Cosmic Conscience: Liberty, Justice and Love.
34.- Each one of the terrestrial persons influenced by the Word of Manuel can say in Cosmic Conscience (Liberty, Justice and Love): Nothing and nobody has received power of The Almighty God to attempt against my right, because it implicates to attempt against the established order, and, so, all forces of The Infinitive Power fall on the terrestrial person who make such thing (to attempt against the right of the fellow-creature).

35.- Each one of the terrestrial persons influenced by the Word of Manuel can say according to the Cosmic Conscience (Liberty, Justice and Love), after to have fulfilled with his duty (according to the Cosmic Conscience: Liberty, Justice and Love): All terrestrial persons must respect my right.

36.- Each one of the terrestrial persons influenced by the Word of Manuel can say according to the Cosmic Conscience (Liberty, Justice and Love): I must not claim my right from another’s sweat, if I have not fulfilled with my duty in the same manner, that the fruit is produced by my fellow-creature. It is: first I have to work, and after I’ll have right to claim this.

37.- All terrestrial persons, and each one of them, it is of Cosmic Conscience (Liberty, Justice and Love), have to participate in the work that insure the harmony and happiness of the all terrestrial persons and of each one of them.

38.- The concepts of moral and of reputation have to be substituted by the concept of the Cosmic Conscience: Liberty, Justice and Love.

39.- The terrestrial person who have Cosmic Conscience (Liberty, Justice and Love) can magnify the heaven kingdom that each one has inside.

40.- The terrestrial person is free, when he is over all things and without staining, not even with the shade, the established order.

41.- The terrestrial persons is just, when the Cosmic Conscience is harmonized with the established order without adding nor subtracting a shred on it.

42.- The terrestrial persons loves indeed, when, besides to be free (love of plentiful knowledge) is just too.

43.- When the power of he terrestrial persons be not in order to the Cosmic Conscience, then, the Word of Manuel must not be silent, so that there be light and the way, which conveys to the New Generation, be enlightened.

44.- To any type of disharmony of the terrestrial persons and of the powers created by them it must be answered in Cosmic Conscience (Liberty, Justice and Love), because, who make this, will be rewarded by the Masters, Pilgrims of the Universe, for attestation of the Word of Manuel.
45.- The Word of Manuel has frontier neither on the face of the Earth nor on the spaces of Universe. It is Word of Manuel, given to Manuel by the Masters, Pilgrims of the Universe who testify Manuel the greatness of The Maker.

46.- And the Word of Manuel, which is Cosmic Conscience (Liberty, Justice and Love), is given for all the terrestrial persons and for each one of them without any kind of discrimination, because all terrestrial persons and each one of them are forces of harmony in the Power in order to the Cosmic Conscience: Liberty, Justice and Love. Word has given Manuel by the Masters.

47.- And none of the terrestrial persons, whose creed religious, philosophic, political, etc., spring from positive forces, impelled by The Great Masters, guides among the terrestrial persons, must put obstruction to the Word of Manuel, attempt against it, mock it…, on the other hand, such terrestrial person is invited by Manuel in Cosmic Conscience (Liberty, Justice and Love) to form part of the New Generation.
48.- Now the mind and the affection of the terrestrial persons have been developed toward the New Generation, and the Masters are assisting the terrestrial persons in order to be constructed one Mansion of Love, of Reconciliation and of Harmony.

49.- And the signal of the New Generation, according to the Cosmic Conscience (Liberty, Justice and Love) and to the Word of Manuel, given to it to Manuel by the Masters, will be so: Fist, it will begin on the faces of Earth, and after in the spaces of the Universe with the reconstruction of one Mansion of Love, of Reconciliation and of Harmony.

50.- There will be on the face of the Earth, as the case may be, Mansion of Love, of Reconciliation and Harmony, for the harmony of the terrestrial persons in the Power according to the Word of Manuel: Liberty, Justice and Love.

51.- The terrestrial persons have not to live with terror, but on the other hand they love the beauty of creation.

52.- It is the Word of Manuel, given Manuel by the Masters: There is not curse on the terrestrial persons. God wants that the terrestrial persons have Cosmic Conscience: Liberty, Justice and Love. The death physical is the gate toward the life of the spirit, Light Dimension.

53.- So the Masters say Manuel, like a wish: The Word of Manuel be had firstly according to the Cosmic Conscience (Liberty, Justice and Love). And Manuel says that al terrestrial persons put themselves in something great and worthy, which is the New Generation, with Liberty, with Justice and with Love; and which is Cosmic Conscience given to Manuel by the Masters, too.

54.- And the terrestrial persons are not born to suffer, but to form part of the universal harmony, for this they have been endowed with senses and capacities in physical and in psychical level. If there are deficiencies in the terrestrial persons that they produce pain, terrestrial persons look for alleviation. If there are deficiencies in their organism that they produce other kind of disharmony, physical or psychical, in it, the terrestrial persons look for alleviation, but this be not cause of new pains or sufferings.

55.- None of the terrestrial persons be slave or serf of other, because all they are worthy to live according to the Cosmic Conscience: Liberty, Justice and Love.

56.- The wars, pests, earthquakes and other kind of wretchedness that wait for the terrestrial persons are announcements according to the harmony in the Power, because the terrestrial persons are regulated by universal laws, and those incidents are not punishments from God. Such contingency is not a punishment, but an indication to obtain a more perfection according to the Cosmic Conscience: Liberty, Justice and Love.

57.- And God is Love and loves the terrestrial persons. This testimony was sealed by the blood of Christ, and This and the other Masters wish that the terrestrial persons take Cosmic Conscience (Liberty, Justice and Love) like condition to obtain the New Generation.

58.- And the New Generation comes nearer. And many things will be occurred before the New Generation come. But the terrestrial persons not fear if, hearing the Word of Manuel, they feel and make according to the Cosmic Conscience: Liberty, Justice and Love.

59.- And all things that can be occurred , like base of the New Generation, are necessary.

60.- The Word of Manuel , given Manuel by Masters , is health and life for all terrestrial persons, and way to harmonize these in the Power.

61.- And who have eyes, that see. And who have ears, that ear. And according to the Masters: The Word of Manuel be had firstly in Cosmic Conscience (Liberty, Justice and Love).

62.- The Masters say that the terrestrial persons are not sole in the Universe, and Manuel gives testimony of it, because he has heard seen the Masters.

63.- The terrestrial persons live in deplorable conditions, because they have not Cosmic Conscience: Liberty. Justice and Love.

64.- And because the terrestrial persons have not Cosmic Conscience (Liberty, Justice and Love), among the many things, that can be occurred before the New Generation, is the rational control on the species, that not the unreasonable and primary form in reproducing that terrestrial persons are using even.

65.- The Masters are collaborating whit the terrestrial persons about many sketches of the New Generation. And the New Generation is inevitable, and under the looks of the Masters, Pilgrims of Universe, it will govern the faces of the Earth and of many places of the Universe.

66.- And the Masters say that the Word of Manuel be had firstly according to the Cosmic Conscience (Liberty, Justice and Love). The residue will come like addition by the Word of Manuel.

67.- The woman is not born to engender, but to form part of the New Generation too, according to the Cosmic Conscience: Liberty, Justice and Love.

68.- And the sex is neither good nor bad. It is force generating harmony in the Power.

69.- And the man is not that he have sex. He is sex. And the woman is not that she has sex. She is sex.

70.- Who have understanding, that understand. Because the sex is force engendering harmony in the Power.

71.- The terrestrial persons glory themselves to be sex, that one day the will make it, in the New Generation, more reasonable. And the New Generation comes nearer, and it is inevitable.

72.- All nations of the terrestrial persons hoist flags of confusion. But the hour of the New Generation comes nearer. Testimony that Manuel gives, because the frontiers are a obstruction and the new order political, economical and social has to be established according to the Cosmic Conscience: Liberty, Justice and Love.

73.- The terrestrial persons must correct their defects according to the Cosmic Conscience: Liberty, Justice and Love.

74.- The terrestrial persons must increase their virtues according to the Cosmic Conscience: Liberty, Justice and Love.

75.- All terrestrial persons must say by oneself , according to the Cosmic Conscience (Liberty, Justice and Love): I am free, I make in Justice and I love indeed.

76.- And nothing and nobody attempt against the Cosmic Conscience (Liberty, Justice and Love) of the terrestrial persons: that Liberty, Justice and Love are Principles of harmony in the New Generation.

77.- The armies of the terrestrial persons arise in flame. The armies of the terrestrial persons arise in peace and in light. The armies of the terrestrial persons will be deposed in the New Generation according to the Cosmic Conscience: Liberty, Justice and Love.

78.- The rules that regulate the behavior of the terrestrial persons have to be according to the Cosmic Conscience (Liberty, Justice and Love) and each one of the terrestrial persons is responsible for that nothing and nobody attempt against the Cosmic Conscience, because all terrestrial persons are worthy of living in Liberty, Justice and Love.

79.- All terrestrial person must put the feet on the earth for that nothing and nobody carry off the Cosmic Conscience (Liberty, Justice and Love) by any concept nor circumstance, that the Cosmic Conscience belong only to God and oneself.

80.- And God is the Power, and in the harmony of His force are the terrestrial persons guided by the Masters of the Universe, Pilgrims of the Universe, and by the great Masters of Liberty, Justice and Love who have accompanied the terrestrial persons.

81.- None of the terrestrial persons say: ‘The Word of Manuel is nor for me’, that for all terrestrial persons and for each one of them is the Word of Manuel, given Manuel by the Masters.

82.- And the terrestrial persons, who don’t want accept the Word of Manuel, be invited by the Oracles of Manuel and by their influences for that those take Cosmic Conscience (Liberty, Justice and Love), because it is enough for God, for the Masters, for Manuel and for the aggrandizement of the heaven kingdom that each one has inside oneself.

83.- And the Oracles of Manuel are three for each nation, while the nations be nations, because in the New Generation the nations will acquire other configuration.

84.- And the New Generation comes nearer, without haste, but it has to come by testimony of the Word of Manuel, given Manuel by the Masters. And the militaries are in way to take a new conscience more for people, and the civil person are taking conscience of a new militia by themselves. It according to the Cosmic Conscience: Liberty, Justice and Love. The Masters are with Manuel and the Word of Manuel will be expression of truth in the New Generation.

85.- And who have eyes, that see. And who have ears, that hear. And who have understanding, that understand. Because de senses and the discernment have been given to the terrestrial persons for the harmony in the power according to the Cosmic Conscience.

86.- And there be pleiades of terrestrial persons with Cosmic Conscience (Liberty, Justice and Love), that the silence, the indifference, the egoism and the ignorance are causes of many evils among the terrestrial persons and such things disharmonize not only to the terrestrial persons among them, but also with the power.

87.- And there be pleaides of terrestrial persons of all ages without differencing sex, creed of any kind, color or race. And the Oracles of Manuel and their influenced take care of the Word of Masters given Manuel for all terrestrial person, without any kind of exception. And Manuel repeats: without any kind of exception.

88.- Forces in collision by disharmony among the terrestrial persons take care of that their effects be according to the Cosmic Conscience: Liberty, Justice and Love.

89.- If in collision by disharmony among the terrestrial persons there are conquered, that the conquerors have the conquered in a good care (a good treatment). That the sun, having not understanding, and being guided only by the universe laws, transforms the objects attracted by itself in energy according to the same universal laws, and the sun doesn’t destroy sterily anything.

90.- Forces in collision by disharmony must be combined so that in their effects there be a new form that harmonize the terrestrial persons according to the Cosmic Conscience: Liberty, Justice and Love. And this new form, in order harmonious, be superior to the former, and that be, too, in acts of good for all terrestrial persons and for each one of them, because the New Generation requires it.

91.- And the Oracles of Manuel are three: Asmarun, symbol given Manuel like ship among galaxies; Ataxmis, symbol given Manuel like ship without frontiers; Artixme, symbol given Manuel like new cosmic wave.

92.- And while the nations be nations, the Oracles of Manuel be three in each nation, and there be 243 influenced by the Oracles (accompanists of Oracles) like missioners for the action and diffusion of ‘Clave 9’ according to the Cosmic Conscience: Liberty, Justice and Love. That 243 number given Manuel by the Masters of Universe, and the Word of Manuel be had firstly according to the Cosmic Conscience: Liberty, Justice and Love.

93.- The Oracles of Manuel are three in the former conditions. Asmarun will be in order first, second, third, etc., in each nation or in each lot of the Universe. The same manner it is for the other Oracles (Ataxmis and Artixme).

94.- All terrestrial persons influenced by Oracles or by their influenced, according to the Cosmic Conscience (Liberty, Justice and Love) are, at the same time, influenced by the Masters and by Manuel, for the harmony of all terrestrial persons among themselves and in the Power.

95.- None of the Oracles is more or less than other. All are the same in grade. The three Oracles represent the Cosmic Conscience of Manuel: Liberty, Conscience and Love. That the three are free, because represent the parity given by the Masters to Manuel in form of triangle, corresponding the north corner to Asmarun in the Mansion of Love, of Reconciliation and of Harmony; southeast corner to Ataxmis; and southwest to Artixme. The three Oracles are just if they have, by themselves, in thought, in word and in act the Cosmic Conscience: Liberty, Justice and Love, if in Liberty and in Justice they put it in act the Word of Manuel for the Harmony of the terrestrial persons in the Power.

96.- In each mind and in each heart there be one Mansion of Love, of Reconciliation and of Harmony according to the Cosmic Conscience: Liberty, Justice and Love.

97.- In each place of the Earth the terrestrial persons wish to construct a Mansion of Love, of Reconciliation and of the Harmony, it be constructed, in which all terrestrial persons and each one of them, according to the Cosmic Conscience (Liberty, Justice and Love be able to lay aside their criterions and their attitudes of disharmony, and so the be able to dialogue, to find harmonious solutions and so to be more free, more just and more loving.

98.- And in the spaces of the Universe there be Mansions of Love, of Reconciliation and of the Harmony.

99.- And when the New Generation be arising, then there will be many Mansions of Love, of Reconciliation an of the Harmony according to the Cosmic Conscience (Liberty, Justice and Love) in the Earth and in the spaces of the Universe too. So it has been manifested to Manuel by the Masters. And the Masters are helping the terrestrial persons in such purpose, and for the harmony in the Power. And so all ways be directed toward God, and so, too, there be only one Guide and only one herd, because the terrestrial persons are in disharmony and by the Word of Manuel they will be obtain Cosmic Conscience (Liberty, Justice and Love) for their Harmony in the Power.

100.- Certainly, it is nothing for the terrestrial persons, to live by to live, because they are now arising to the life and this will be for all eternity.

101.- It is interesting for the terrestrial persons to take Cosmic Conscience (Liberty, Justice and Love) for aggrandize the heaven kingdom in themselves and so to convert the seed of mustard in tree leafy of the universal harmony.

102.- All terrestrial persons must know that a Cosmic Conscience ‘passive’ is equivalent to hide talent by fear to lose them.
